Woowee what a busy (and super exciting!) couple weeks it has been! I missed a couple posts – but being only human, I’mma okay with that. ?
So, pull up a chair, have a cuppa, and see what’s going on this week.
This Past Week
o-m-g… these past couple weeks have been crazy busy — but in an awesomely good way. I’ve managed to accomplish and make more headway in the last two weeks than I’ve made in the last year, it feels like.
As y’all know, I also run Author’s Mojo and provide services and support for other indie authors — and oh my do I have some big changes and an exciting new announcement & set of services coming with that soon! Additionally, I finally got off my rump and opened the Author’s Mojo Academy — and I just have to say a massive, heart-felt thank you to all my current students who’ve already enrolled, started classes, and are working through their first study-group inside the Academy. You all are the best!
My ‘ol faithful car is getting ready to go into the shop for a much needed “rest” (and a lot of work to be done!)… but I can’t wait to have her back on the road again soon. And yes, I’m one of those nutty people who names their car (a tradition started when my son was still a wee little thing)… and Zen-Kiki still has adventures left. (and for any of my World of Warcraft buddies out there, yes, that’s where the name came from!) ??

While my initial writing production schedule for 2019 got completely turned upside-down, I’m happy to report that progress (even slow progress) is being made on book one of my new Ashen World series… and a non-fiction series for writers is coming down the rails soon and will be arriving at the station before too long. (yeah, I’m just full of cliched sayings today… I make no apologies! LOL)
That was the short version, but yes — the last two weeks have been extraordinary, in many ways (and fueled by much coffee — but not pumpkin spice…bleh!)
